At the end of your pilot we book a 20 minute review call. You decide whether to continue on a paid plan. There is no automatic billing, you actively choose to subscribe. If CaribSafe is not right for you, your data is available for export for 30 days after the pilot ends.

Yes, at any time, with no plan change. Hurricane Readiness costs an additional $149/month and can be added to any Starter or Professional plan within minutes. It is activated for your property immediately. It is already included in the Resort plan.

Yes. Every module in CaribSafe is individually toggleable per property. A restaurant can have only Food Safety active. A resort can have all modules on. Modules can be switched on or off at any time without affecting other functionality or data.

CaribSafe Kiosk is a free app you install on any iPad or Android tablet you already own or purchase yourself. Once installed, you pair it with your CaribSafe tenant using an admin code from the portal. It is ready to use in under 10 minutes. The Kiosk app itself is always free, you only need the tablet hardware.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 via Google Firebase. Bank details and NIB numbers have additional AES-256-CBC application-level encryption before being written to the database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and cannot be retrieved by anyone including CaribSafe staff. We are registered in England and Wales and operate under UK GDPR.

CaribSafe works anywhere with an internet connection. Current active markets include Turks and Caicos, Saint Lucia, Barbados, Anguilla, BVI, Antigua, Bahamas, Jamaica, St Kitts, and Cayman Islands. If your island is not listed, contact us, we serve any English-speaking Caribbean property.

Yes. Annual billing saves 17%, equivalent to two months free. Contact us for annual pricing on any plan. Multi property annual billing is available with additional volume savings.

The first 10 Caribbean properties to join CaribSafe receive 50% off their chosen plan for the first 6 months. In exchange we ask for honest feedback at 30 days and a written testimonial at 90 days. After 6 months the plan moves to the standard rate. The 30 day free pilot applies before any charge.

No. CaribSafe is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel at any time before your next billing date with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
