CaribSafe is a Caribbean hospitality operations platform. Our product stack runs on Firebase and modern cloud hosting so GMs, HR, and staff can work securely from the office or the floor — whether they're on the website, in the Portal, or using our mobile apps.

Encrypted in transit
All web and app traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive operational data is stored with Firebase/Google Cloud security controls.
Signed-in access only
Portal and staff apps use Firebase Authentication. Access is limited to authorised property users, not open guest browsing of business data.
Role-based visibility
Managers, HR, and frontline staff see what their role needs. Personal Safety App SOS/journey features stay private from employers — always, regardless of which CaribSafe plan a property is on.

Platform and hosting

  • Application data: Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, and notifications
  • Web apps & marketing website: hosted on modern cloud infrastructure, including Vercel for app delivery
  • Marketing forms: contact and demo enquiries are processed through our form/email providers so your team receives them at CaribSafe mailboxes
  • Demo scheduling: Cal.com — used only when you actively request a demo booking
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 — only active after you accept analytics cookies on caribsafe.com

UK GDPR registration

CaribSafe Ltd is registered in England and Wales and pays the UK data protection fee. We process personal data under UK GDPR principles. See our Privacy Policy for full details on rights, retention, and contact information, and our Terms and Conditions for how pilots and subscriptions work.

Data processor vs controller

If your property uses CaribSafe Portal, People, Ops, or Kiosk, CaribSafe acts as a data processor for your staff and employment records — meaning we handle that data on your instructions, not our own. Your business remains the data controller and is responsible for staff data requests. For website enquiries and your own account registration, CaribSafe is the data controller. What we do not claim

Honesty over hype: We do not display third-party security certifications we have not completed. As we grow, we will publish audit reports and certifications when they are earned, not before.
